In-Home Visits

Prior to packaging and delivering a patient’s medications, each patient receives an in-home visit from one of our clinical pharmacists. During this home visit, the patient’s medications are reconciled, including OTC and herbal medications. This in-house visit also allows for a personal interaction to identify possible barriers that could lead to non-adherence via first hand viewing of a patient’s current living/lifestyle conditions.

Collaborative Care

Most pharmacies receive a prescription and just fill it without asking a simple question prior to counseling, creating an often unreasonable responsibility on providers and patients to know the “when, why, and how to take.” When was the last time a post-discharge medication reconciliation was performed on your patient? RxONE does things differently, giving medication reconciliations to every single patient that comes through. We communicate with all doctors onboard to ensure that accurate medication lists and appropriate therapy is performed.

Tri-Monthly Check-Ins

We don’t just mail out a package, in fact, we hand deliver all medications. Unlike other pharmacies, we call each new patient at 48 hours post delivery of medications, 14 days after fill, and again at 25 days after fill. This helps ensure no side effects have occurred, that there has been no stoppage in therapy, and no change in therapy. When the patient continues to receive advanced pharmacy care a pharmacist checks on them twice a month. We establish a relationship that results in better outcomes for patients.

Quick Prescription Updates

Too often when prescribers change medications (strength, dose, etc) the patient has a gap in therapy. This can be due to many contributing factors for the patient: cost, insurance, transportation, lack of understanding (change occurred or necessity) and many more. While other pharmacy packs have to ship out of state, we are a local Arkansas pharmacy serving Arkansas patients and Arkansas clinics. We are able to provide the patient with the change of medications in their RxONE medication pack within 24-48 hours. No confusion for you or the patient from trying to pull this tablet out, replace with this tablet, and/or go to another pharmacy to get filled. We make it simple and safe for the patient with a new pack at no additional costs.
